We are in an exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets in the UK and USA, and we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to come on board and be part of the Customer Success Team and the wider company in this exciting journey.
Role and responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Product Manager will fill an important role in managing the success of our Product Range.
- The Product Managers is responsible for guaranteeing the success of our product line.
- You will make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
- Create and Manage the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.
- A cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully bringing your product(s) to market, including Technology, engineering, logistics, marketing, sales, and customer operations.
- Your ultimate goal is the creation and launch of products that meet customer’s needs — growing market share and success.
Day to Day Actions
- Manage the Cross Functional Product Management Process
- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Own the product roadmap
- Execute product strategy
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Plan and carry out product launches
- Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product, market and commercial positioning
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages versus competitors
- Write high-level requirements (User Stories) for Development Teams
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role, ideally SaaS
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned go to market strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
